Our friends at the website StarzUncut.com claim to have EVIDENCE that Chris Brown was DRINKING and DRIVING. Here's what they are reporting:

Wiz and Chris were drinking Champagne and catching a buzz.

When it came time to leave Wiz had a driver take him out of there (like a smart person would do) while Chris got in the seat of his Lamborghini and decided it was no big deal to drive, even after he was drinking just before that.

And here is the VIDEO of Chris leaving the club - and he IS driving!!

R&B singer Ciara sends a letter to ENGAGED Amare Stoudemire to take her back!!!

R&B singer Ciara took to Twitter . . . to try and get her Ex-BF Amare Stoudemire back. You see after Amare BROKE IT OFF with CiCi, he went back with his babys moms ALEXIS. And the two got ENGAGED.

But Ciara hasn't moved on, she posted the below letter on Instagram. We're told that while she's NOT SPECIFICALLY naming Amare .. . it's HIM that she's talking about.
